If you
are an owner or member in the St. Marys District of the BIA you are
invited to the Annual Meeting of the BIA to be held of Feb 17 2011
at Damen’s Restaurant at 6 pm.
At that
time elections will be held for the 6 members whom sit on the Board
of management of the BIA. If you wish to run for election please
inform one of the members on the nomination committee of Sue Hyatt
Griffiths, Kate Stewart, and Bill Chmura.
Present
members are: Chair/Secretary - Charlie Hammond, Treasurer
Sue Hyatt Griffiths, Carey Pope, Linda Strathdee, Kate Stewart,
Kim Lafreniere.
Confirmed willing to let their name stand for 2011 are:
Charlie Hammond, Sue Hyatt Griffiths, Kate Stewart, Bill Chmura.
Note: Carey Pope will sit on the Board as the Town
Council Representative.
The new board will then be submitted to Town Council for approval at
its next meeting.
The annual budget will also be presented and voted on by all members
present.
Thank you for all the support you have given your board in the last
4 years it has been a very positive term for all.
